Naseem's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy furniture and required ingredients for her husband's Punjabi restaurant business.

Naseem's Group's story

Naseem is 47 years old and has 11 children. Due to financial reasons she was not able to educate her children. Her eldest son works with his father in his Punjabi food restaurant and the next three children work in other cities. Her remaining children stay at home. Naseem is a housewife who stays at her home and carries out her household responsibilities. She is a very caring mother and has raised her 11 children with great care. She also supports her husband in his business by preparing food. Naseem has applied for a loan from Kiva partner, Asasah, because her husband wants to buy furniture for his restaurant. This will allow him to provide better seating arrangements for his customers. He will also buy the necessary ingredients for making better quality food for his customers in order to increase his profits. He is very experienced in his business and has been doing it for the past six years. Naseem is hopeful that an investment will bring more profits to her husband and improve the family's standard of living. Note: In the photo, the lady raising her hand is Naseem.
