Ross Neri's story

Ross is 36 years old. She is a widow and lives with her two children in the rural part of Tambogrande-Piura district. Ross' home does not have basic services of electricity, water and sewerage. Ross' business is making and seling Jora flour (Jora is a type of corn which is found in the north of the country). She also owns sheep and farmland where she harvests lemons every week. She has an established customer base for both of her businesses in the town market. She has been in business for four years. Ross is requesting a loan for 1,500 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa to buy the corn that she needs to make her flour. Her demand has risen and so she needs to increase her merchandise. She will also buy balanced feed for her sheep as they must be a suitable weight and size in order to sell well. Ross has a great desire to grow in her businesses so that she can improve her quality of life.
