Qubuhlu Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fabric, paint, and other materials for resale.

Qubuhlu Group's story

Ntanga is 57 years old and single, with six children, one of whom attends school. For the last six years, she has been selling fabric and other materials to make handicrafts out of her home. She also receives a grant from the South African government to support her children. In the photo she is raising her hand. Eventually, Ntanga would like to open a fabric store. The biggest challenge that she faces is that her customers take her stock on credit but do not pay, which causes her to be late on making loan repayments. With the profits from this loan, she believes that she will be able to build a house for her family. Ntaga says that WDB has helped her a lot and is the first company that has offered to help a poor person like her.
