Tholukuphila Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy cellphone minutes, electricity vouchers, and other things for resale.
Tholukuphila Group's story
Nonhle is 27 years old and married with 1 child that is 6 years old. She has been operating a retail shop for the last 4 months. From her home, she sells cell phone minutes, electricity vouchers, and women's handbags. She also receives a grant from the South African government to support her child. Nonhle hopes to expand her business but says that her biggest challenge are customers who take her stock on credit and refuse to pay on time. She thinks that the profits that she saves will help her send her child to college. In the photo she is standing on the far left with the blue and black shirt. She would like to thank WDB and Kiva for helping her life a lot.
