Flora is the leader of Nyabihoko Twebiseho group B in Kihihi. She is 53 years old and married with two children over 15 years old and still in school. She has a produce-selling business whereby she sells fresh tea leaves from her tea plantation in Bigiri trading center and she has sold to Kayonza Tea factory for over 23 years. She is able to earn 120,000 UGX weekly. She started her business after getting seedlings from the factory and also receiving training in tea planting from the factory and the sub county agriculture department. She is very hard working and she wants to add on more tea gardens as well as improve on her homestead. So far, the loans have helped her with increasing her working capital in her gardens and being able to pay her laborers wages. She needs a loan to be able to rehabilitate her tea plantation.
