Kanyshai's Group's story
Kanyshai is the leader of this group. She is 53 and, unfortunately, she is a widow. She has raised two daughters and two sons. The daughters are married and live separately with their families and the sons help Kanyshai run the family business. Kanyshai works as a teacher; in parallel with her job she sells children’s clothing. She started this business five years ago with the initial investment of 10 000 soms. Her friend, who has been in this business for a long time, helped in the initial stages. At the moment Kanyshai’s monthly profit is 10 000 soms. She applied for the loan because she needs additional funds to repair her house. In the future she wants to see her sons get married. --- Where Did This Loan Come From? --- This loan is brought to you by Mol Bulak Finance (MBF), a young, ambitious and socially-focused Microfinance Institution in Kyrgyzstan.
