Tusaidiane Group's story
The client named Masika, representative of the business group called « Tusaidiane » is a 45-year-old entrepreneur, married and the mother of five children, all enrolled in school. She is an artisan, making fired brasiers using clay. She and her husband share the duty of selling the products. She sets up her brasiers alongside the road, at different sales points. Please note that these clay brasiers reduce the cost and use of charcoal, so she contributes to protecting the environment. She has been in this business for 10 years, however, she has just completed her 18th loan with Hekima. This new loan will serve to buy clay, 10 pieces of sheet metal, etc. She also wants to pay school fees for her children and build a fence around her property. The client thanks Hekima for working on behalf of poor women who are excluded from conventional banks. Please also note that the business group « Tusaidiane» is made up mostly of women.
