Comfort Group's story

Christopher S., who is in his late twenties, is single. He has been running a fruit and vegetable business for eight years now. He works from 6.00am to 4.00pm daily and is able to make a small monthly profit. This will be Christopher's third loan from Tujijenge. He used the previous loans to increase his stock of fruit and vegetables, bought a motorcycle and paid household expenses. He has paid back his loans successfully. He hopes for a loan to further increase his fruit and vegetable stock. His dream is to one day build his own house. Christopher will share this loan with his loan group "Comfort" which has a total of 15 members who will hold each other accountable in paying back their loans. In the picture, Christopher is 1st on the left in a blue shirt. (Please note the photos are not very good because of the heavy rains.)
