Celebrate International Women’s Day by lending to women today.
Nikki's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase dried fish and bagoong for sale.
In 2010, Nikki joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Having repaid her previous loan of 5,000 PHP from GDMPC that was used as additional capital for her business, she is requesting her third loan loan for 7000 PHP to purchase dried fish and bagoong for sale. Nikki plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve/expand her store.
GDMPC is one of the most progressive cooperatives in Mindanao, Philippines. It has seven branches covering the provinces of Zamboanga del Sur, Lanao del Norte and Misamis Occidental. Its membership is composed mostly of farmers, fisherfolks and small entrepreneurs.
