Abide's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy cosmetics, hair extensions, and lengths of African-print cloth.
Abide, 34, is raising two children and is a hairdresser. She opened her beauty salon in 2004. Besides working as a hairdresser, she sells hair extensions, cosmetics, and lengths of African-print cloth so as to satisfy the needs of her numerous clients. She buys her merchandise at the Grand Market in Lomé and sells the items in her salon. She had no difficulty repaying her first loan and now she is asking for a second loan to buy hair extensions, cosmetics, and lengths of African-print cloth for resale, so that she can make enough income to see her children grow up in the best possible conditions and can later on have her own house.
