Pha's Group

This village bank loan consists of fourteen members. Mrs. P. is a village bank president, she was selected as the village bank president by the other members. Mrs. P. is a married woman who was born in 1986. Her husband, Mr. Eng, was born in 1983. This couple earns their living by farming. They are farmers who rent a 1-hectare plot of land which they use to grow rice. In order to support and improve the rice fields, Mrs. P. would like to ask for a loan to buy fertilizers, pesticides and to pay hired farming laborers for growing rice. Aside from farming, Mr. Eng also earns some income by fishing. This couple is working hard to support their three children: one is attending a local school and the others two are too young to study or work.
