A loan helped to buy cattle.
Ana Lucía's story
Miss Ana C. is a member of the village bank Tres de Noviembre. She lives in the community of the same name, which belongs to the parish of Cumbe. The parish lies in a cold climate, with beautiful countrysides. Its people work in commerce, agriculture and animal husbandry. Many have migrated in search of a better job and future for their families. Miss Ana is 24 years old, single and lives with her parents. Her father is a private employee and her mother works in agriculture. Her parents own the house where they live. Ana works raising animals like cattle, guinea pigs and hens that she sells in her own community. This is her second loan with the foundation which she was invited into by her aunt. She will invest the loan in the purchase of cattle. Her goal is to have more animals and thereby grow her business.
