Solidario Jireh Group's story

Jireh Solidarity Group: This group has three, hard working members. Basti Astrid sells feed and medicines for animals. It’s a business that to date has produced a bit of profit but she’s asking for this loan to buy feed for her veterinary supply store to increase sales and earn more profits so that the business will grow. María Antonieta raises animals. She tells us that this is a business that she’s enjoyed because she raises chicks and piglets and when they are grown she sells them. Her dream is to have a larger farm so that income will be higher. She is asking for this loan to buy chick and pigs to raise and to buy feed for them. Claudia Ester, 40, is married and has three children. She sells tortillas in three shifts and also sells medical products. She has been in this business for some time now and one of the goals she has set out for herself is to have a larger tortilla shop in order to supply the entire community where she lives. The loan she’s requesting is to buy corn and to hire a person to help her. Her dream is to be able to provide her children with necessary education so that they can become professionals in the future.
