Maria Erodita's story
María, age 37, is a hard-working woman who is separated from her husband and has one child who studies in a private school. She works with a group of assistans for a newspaper from Mondays to Fridays, and on the weekends she works in the small stationery store that she has in her home. She lives in a periurban zone called Paraiso and works in a stationery store which she has worked hard to stock. She works there on the weekends as from Monday to Friday she sells with a group of assistants. One of her friends helps her to run the store from Monday to Friday. She sells notebooks, pens, papers, etc. In order to continue with her business she wants to use the loan to buy notebooks, pens, papers, etc. One of her goals is to continue working to improve her home, which is currently made of logs.
