Jesus's story

Jesus P. is from the town of Sto. Niño. He is 59 years old, married, and has seven children. To make a living, Jesus raises crops. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes primarily from planting and harvesting rice for sale. Jesus shares that his farm is a big help to his family for it helps provide for their needs. He works hard to keep it productive. Jesus joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve his living situation and ability to engage in business activities. He is requesting a loan of 12,000 PHP, which will be used to purchase seeds, fertilizers, and other farm needs. He plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to save as a reserve for future emergencies.
