Mary Njeri's story
Mary is 50 years old, and a dairy and poultry farmer. She is married to Paul who is also a farmer. They are blessed with three adult children. Mary has been doing dairy and poultry farming for the past four years. Her monthly income is Kshs. 20,000, which she uses to support three members of her family. She will use the loan to purchase 30 bags of broilers mash, vaccines for the small chicks, and animal feed for the dairy cattle. With the anticipated profit from the business, she intends to expand her poultry farming and venture into greenhouse farming. Mary is applying for her second loan with Kadet. The first loan was paid successfully. Her hopes and dreams are to become a leading local investor in both broilers and layers production and educate her children.
