Sabah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more fabrics, thread, and beads for her sewing business.

Sabah's story

Sabah is a 37-year-old Syrian woman who is married and a mother of four children. Her husband is a baker and she is a seamstress. Sabah and her family left Syria and fled to Jordan. She felt she had to help her family bring in more income in addition to what her husband earns. Sabah was able to start a home-based sewing business in order to generate income. Her business has been successful and she has been able to build good relationships with her customers in this new community.

At the moment, her business needs more inventory of fabrics, thread, and beads. For this reason, Sabah is requesting a loan of 400 JOD in order to buy everything that she needs. She hopes to continue supporting her family and keep her business in operation.
