Tuzamurane Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sugar, cooking oil, beans, and rice.

Tuzamurane Cb Group's story

Jeanine is a 40-year-old mother of four children who are between 4 and 14 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past thirteen years, she has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader of the group called Tuzamurane CB, which in English means “Let Us Develop Each Other.” Group members, who will share in this loan, sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Jeanine will use her part of the loan to buy more sugar, cooking oil, beans, and rice to sell in her community to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family and also provide school fees for her children.

Jeanine is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members. The photograph is of Jeanine, the group representative.
