Santa Elena Group's story

The Santa Elena [Saint Helena] group is a new committee formed thanks to the desire and overcoming of every one of its members. They are putting their best efforts into being able to meet their goals and objectives.

One of them is Lourdes Mariel who works raising and selling domestic chickens and in addition to this, she sells the eggs that her own chickens produce.

She says that through her work, she helps uphold her household and her family. Although her business is modest, it has allowed her to be able to help her husband wtih the household income and get their children ahead.

She is requesting this loan to be able to buy chickens to raise and also feed for her animals, and to be able to continue this job as she has been doing.

Note: There is only one person appearing in the photo but this is a group loan. In order to avoid the crowding of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a group photo was not possible.
