Benediction Kasika Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy second-hand shoes, which will strengthen her initial capital.

Benediction Kasika Group's story

Mrs. Alice is a client of Hekima MFI and president of the village group "BENEDICTION KASIKA". She is married, 38 years old and mother of 9 children who all go to school. Her partner is a pastor.

She sells shoes. She started this business in 2006 with start-up funds received from her husband. Later, she involved the Hekima program to support her business, during which she gradually evolved. With this new loan, she will buy second-hand shoes, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge of her business is the lack of customers and unpaid debts.

She would like her children to continue studying and she would also like to expand her business.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support provided to owners of non-bankable businesses in this context of the global covid-19 crisis. The photo only shows the leader of the group due to Covid-19, in compliance with social distancing measures.
