Lorenza has been a member of the community bank named Chojchoni for the past 3 years. she lives in the district of Copani in Yunguyo, Puno. She is 48 years old and she is married. She did not complete primary school. She has five children and of them, three are independent. Lorenza sells sarong wraps in Bolivia. The same way she brings small animals form the Peruvian side of the country for resale. The first loan requested from Manuela Ramos (Kiva Field Partner) was in the amount of 300 nuevos soles and she used it to supplement her capital funds. She requests a new loan in the amount of 1700 nuevos soles to purchase more sarong wraps. Her dream is to sells wraps in wholesale in Bolivia. What she most enjoys about her community bank is the savings program.
