Braulio Group's story
The “Braulio” communal bank’s members are: Norma del Socorro Dávila M., 38, Martha Lorena López García and María Evalia Martínez C.. Norma is the group Coordinator and she buys and sells crops, mostly fruits; she’s been in this line of work for 4 years since her husband’s a farmer. Sometimes it’s his crops that she sells which means higher profit margins. Martha sells vegetables in the market and María Evelia has a grocery store that she started four years ago and has been growing gradually ever since. The dream of these women is to continue prospering with their activities and to be able to make some improvements to their homes.
