Abanyamurava Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more beans, sugar, salt, and cooking oil.

Abanyamurava Cb Group's story

Fatuma is a 53-year-old mother of eight children between 12 and 26 years old. Her husband is a businessman and for the past 20 years, she has owned a grocery shop in her community.

Fatuma is the leader of the group named ABANYAMURAVA CB, which in English means, “brave people”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses within and outside their community.

Fatuma will use her loan to buy more beans, sugar, salt, and cooking oil that she can sell within her community. She hopes the profits from her sales will enable her to grow her business and also provide school fees for her children.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members but was able to photograph one representative.
