Nadia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy all the needed materials and machines to start her home-based tailoring business.

Nadia's story

Nadia is a Syrian refugee who is married and has three children. They had to leave their country and come to Jordan running from the tragic effect of the war.

Leaving everything behind, with only their memories, they had to start a new life in a new place.

The husband managed to find work as a car mechanic which does not cover the basic needs of life for five. Nadia had no experience in working, but she has a good skill in tailoring that she decided to use to gain some extra income for the family.

The only barrier was the money to buy the machine, fabrics, strings, buttons, and all that she needs to start tailoring. So, she asked for a 500 JD loan and bought what she needed to start working.

Nadia is aiming to keep working until she opens her tailoring shop.
