Umurava Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more salt, sugar, rice and maize flour.

Umurava Cb Group's story

Judith is a 62-year-old mother of six children aged between 16 and 42 years. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past 23 years, she has owned a grocery store. She is the leader of the group called Umurava Cb, which in English means “people with zeal”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Judith will use her loan to buy more salt, sugar, rice and maize flour to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide medical insurance for the family. Judith is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members. The photograph is of Judith, the group representative.
