Hello, this is our team: After a long career as a Field Service Engineer in the medical industry and becoming gluten intolerant, I, Josue, decided to take gluten-free baking classes and incorporate breadfruit into the gluten-free bread mix. As an Agronomist owning a farm with 12 acres already planted with breadfruit, it only made sense to combine the already available breadfruit material with technical knowledge to establish a value-added product manufacturing operation. Jajaira, (wife, co-founder, and business leader) is a lifelong bio-conscious person who made a career in clinical microbiology and later in life completed an advanced degree in Industrial Biotechnology, specializing in food science with a special emphasis in Gluten intolerances. Jajaira is also an Agronomist. We are committed to making our value-added manufacturing operation a world-class manufacturer that will bring excellent Gluten Free products that are fresh and made for the local taste.
