Kathya Jennifer's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy makeup, perfume, jewelry, deodorant, etc.

Kathya Jennifer's story

Kathya Jennifer and her family live in Portoviejo, a city that suffered an earthquake on April 16, 2016, and is now dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Leafy greens, legumes, and tropical fruit are produced here for domestic consumption.

In her free time, Kathya Jennifer works selling Avon products (beauty products, cosmetics, perfume, and ladies' accessories). She sells on credit and takes payments every eight days. She also works in a private company and earns a monthly salary.

Everyone in her family got sick with Covid-19 and has recovered. The social isolation initially left her without work because she feared contagion and because of various restrictions that kept her from going out to sell and take payments. But now she is following biosafety protocols.

This loan is for the purchase of makeup, perfume, jewelry, deodorant, etc. Her dream is to have her own house and for her family to be very healthy.
