Grexcy Liliana's story

Grexcy Liliana and her family live in Portoviejo, a city which was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016 and now by the COVID-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits for domestic consumption.

Grexcy Liliana and her spouse have a franchise of a pharmacy chain. They rent a retail space where the pharmacy is located. They are open for sales every day. They have two assistants for sales and customer service.

She makes the most of it and sells silver and steel jewelry. She leaves the items on credit with her customers and collects weekly. At first, the social distancing left her without work due to the fear of the illness and various restrictions which prevented going out to sell. But, currently she is working, following the biosafety protocols.

This loan is to purchase silver jewelry and to pay for various basic services and medicines. Her dream is to make the pharmacy larger and for her family to be very healthy.
