Roberth Augusto's story

Roberth Augusto and his family live in Portoviejo, a city affected by the April 16, 2016 earthquake and now by the COVID-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruit for domestic consumption.

Roberth Augusto is a trainer. He has a small gym in his home, and he works Monday through Saturday. His customers go to work out to stay healthy and tone their bodies. He does weight control to help improve health.

Everyone in his family fell ill from COVID-19, but they have all recovered. At first, the shutdown left him with no work due to the fear of contagion and various restrictions that stopped his customers from going to work out. Now, however, he is following all of the bio safety protocols.

This loan is to do maintenance on his workout equipment. HIs dream is to have a bigger gym and for his family to be very healthy.
