Las Diosas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy Bermuda shorts, jeans, shorts, blouses, bracelets, embroidered slippers, athletic shoes, and other products to sell.

Las Diosas Group's story

The committee “Las Diosas” is in the city of Luque. All of the members are merchants who have their own businesses. They are in their fourth loan cycle. In addition, they are participating in the poverty elimination program. The members are helping one another as they seek to provide a better future for their families.

Sra. Maria Elizabeth is a merchant who sells clothing, jewelry, shoes, and other products. She is a single mother of two children. Maria Elizabeth was invited to join the committee so that she could invest in her business and improve. She says that she began selling food as a street vendor and has improved in this venture since joining the group. Maria Elizabeth continues to sells clothes and shoes because she wants to continue growing, which was her original reason for being part of the group.

She is requesting a loan to buy Bermuda shorts, jeans, shorts, blouses, bracelets, embroidered slippers, athletic shoes, and other products.
