A loan helped to buy more manure, fertilizer and new farming equipment, in order to increase his productivity on his farm.

Ezequiel's story

Ezequiel is a humble and hardworking man who is 50 years old and owns a coffee farm in his village. Most of his time is devoted to his daily activities, such as planting and looking after his farm. He harvests coffee beans when they are ripe and dries them in the sun before transporting them to local markets to sell. Ezequiel has been growing and selling coffee for many years with his own working capital.

Ezequiel previously borrowed and repaid all his loans and is now requesting a loan of $500 from KIF to help with his agricultural business. He stays busy with his farm because this is how he earns a living. Ezequiel will use the loan to buy more manure, fertilizer and new farming equipment, in order to increase his productivity on his farm.
