Abadahemuka Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sorghum to sell.

Abadahemuka Tcb Group's story

Sophie is a 35-year-old mother of three children who are between the ages of 4 and 11 years old. Her husband is a farmer. For the past six years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

Sophie is the leader of the group named Abadahemuka TCB, which means “trustworthy people” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Sophie will use her loan to buy more sorghum to sell in order to meet the customer demand in her community. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to buy some livestock to raise at her home.

Sophie is thankful for the support of the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
