Anastasia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase ingredients in large quantities to increase her profit margin.

Anastasia's story

Anastasia is a 20-year-old entrepreneur who lives with her parents and siblings in the Garu Tempane district in Ghana.

She runs an eatery business. She is requesting a Kiva loan to purchase ingredients in larger quantities to increase her profit margin and meet customer demand. She plans to use the profit she earns to further her education.

She will repay the 'social interest' on her loan by volunteering 2.5 hours per week as a CAMFED Learner Guide. She will facilitate classes from CAMFED’s ‘My Better World’ program with students at her local secondary school, helping to build their self-esteem and motivating them to remain in school.
