Dukundane Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sugar, soap, cooking oil, and flour to sell in the store.

Dukundane Cb Group's story

Henriette is a 32-year-old mother of two children who are between 2 and 5 years old. Her husband is a farmer and for the past five years she has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader of the group called Dukundane Cb (which in English means “let's love each other”). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Henriette will use her loan to buy more sugar, soap, cooking oil, and flour to sell within her community and meet customer demand of the community. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to increase her savings and also provide medical insurance for the family.

She is thankful for your support.

Note: Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
