06_Péthé Ouarack 2 Sop Siny Group's story

This group is composed of 8 women who share strong bonds of mutual support and help. They live in the same village and seized the opportunity to join the banc villageois when it was first launched in December 2017. Their primary business is fattening animals and small trades.

Madame SinyFall, ( standing at the far right of the photo with her hand raised), is the leader of the group. She is 49, married, and is mother to 5 boys. She breeds animals. Having worked in the business for a number of years, she enjoys the benefit of experience.

With this new loan she plans on buying crates of chicks and feed which she will sell them after 45 days of breeding. With her profit she plans on expanding her business, reinforcing her savings, and helping her husband with the daily expenses.
