A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during COVID-19.

Kardiyah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Kardiyah. She is twenty-three years old and married with one daughter. Kardiyah runs a business selling food, and her husband is an employee. Her child is still in school.

An impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on her family was the implementation of schooling from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for her child to access the course materials and send assignments to the teacher.

Kardiyah has applied for a loan of 2,200,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI at the Kosambi branch to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during COVID-19. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Kardiyah is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her child and improves living conditions and creates a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.
