Jennifer Catherin's story

Jennifer Catherin age 30, is an enterprising woman living in the city of Cartagena de Indias. For six years, she has had a store. Jennifer started this business due to lack of job opportunities, and with the desire to get her family ahead. She offers her services daily to people from around the area, neighbors, friends, and others. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, her sales and profits from the business were greatly diminished; she had to close the store early due to health and hygiene issues.

Now she is requesting her first Kiva loan from the Fundación Santo Domingo to be able to increase working capital of the business and to buy merchandise such as sacks of rice, eggs, oil, snacks, soft drinks, etc. This will increase sales and profits from the business. Please support her business loan.
