Santa Ana Group's story

The "Santa Ana" group is in their 8th cycle. They are women who are the heads of their households who fight to get ahead and offer their families everything they did not have. They are also part of a poverty elimination program.

Among them is Liz Malena who makes a living selling all type of food products. She comments that she has an established client base thanks to the high quality of her items. She is a hardworking person who fights for her loved ones so they do not have to go without. They will not have to go through any type of deprivation like she did.

She is requesting a loan to purchase ingredients for her business such as vegetables, breads, leafy greens, condiments and other products.

She is happy with the opportunity that she has received to support her spouse with more household income. With this, they can help their 2 children.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It is not possible to get a group photo due to social distancing and the Covid-19 pandemic.
