Bienheurese Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on clothing and shoes in bulk which will strengthen her initial capital.

Bienheurese Group's story

Ms. Giditte, 33, is a client of the microfinance institute Hekima, and manages the village group 'Bienheurese'. She is married, and a mother of 4 children — all of whom go to school. Her partner is a shopkeeper.

Giditte sells clothes. She has been in this business since 2018 with the start-up funds received from her husband. Later, she was involved with the Hekima program to support her business, during which time it progressively grew.

With the new loan, Giditte is going to stock up on clothing and shoes in bulk which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge in this business is the lack of customers.

Giditte would like her children to continue their studies, and for her to feed her family. Finally, she wants to thank Hekima and its partners for their support towards non-bankable entrepreneurs in the context of the Covid-19 global crisis. The photo is only of the group leader due to Covid-19 social distancing measures.
