Eliza's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more goods for her own store to provide a better income for her family.

Eliza's story

Eliza is modest and enterprising. She is 39 years old and married. She has a very good understanding and experience with a general store. She has one of her own, which has been running for many years. Her store is located in an excellent spot where it is easy to find and many people always come to buy her goods every day. Running her business has made Eliza become more independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family's income every day.

Eliza previously borrowed and repaid all of her loan with a good habit of on time and has been a really good client of Kaebauk and now would like a loan of US$1,500 through Kiva's field partner KIF to help improve her store.

She plans to use this loan to buy an additional supply of goods such as biscuits, noodles, sugar, coffee, and many other things to resell at her store. Eliza hopes to expand the size of her business in the future as the result of her investment and wants to thank lenders for the opportunity.
