Sando's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more slippers to sell.

Sando's story

This is 22-year-old Sando, she is a single and has 2 children. Her children are currently attending school while living at home.

She runs a business selling slippers. She has been operating this business for 5 years now and she learnt this trade from her sister. She is proud of her business because it sends her children to school and generates income for her daily needs.

She has asked for a loan from BRAC Liberia, a Kiva field partner. She is seeking the loan to buy more slippers to add to and sell within her business, in order to ensure she meets her customers' demands. Through her profits, she will be able to pay back the loan and improve her family’s standard of living.

Her dreams are to build a shop and buy herself some land. She sends her thanks for your support.
