Abahuza Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more shirts and trousers to sell.

Abahuza Tcb Group's story

Lucie is a 44-year-old widowed mother of three children who are between the ages of 18 and 25 years old. For the past 12 years, she has been selling clothes.

Lucie is a member of the group named Abahuza TCB, which means “people joined together” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Lucie will use her portion of the loan to buy more shirts and trousers to sell at the market so that she can meet the customer demand in her area. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to buy a piece of land.

Lucie is thankful for the support of the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
