Twisungane Acb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more Cassava to sell within her community.

Twisungane Acb Group's story

Prisca is a 51-year-old mother of five children. Her children are aged between 17 and 30 years old. Her husband is a farmer and for the past 10 years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

Prisca is the leader of the group named TWISUNGANE ACB, which in English means “let us come together.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Prisca will use her loan to buy more Cassava to sell within her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to buy a piece of land where she do commercial farming.

Prisca is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the members but was able to get one representative for the group photo.
