Susan joined the Communal Bank “Obreras” (Workers) a year ago and what she likes most about being a member is having the incentive to save and be responsible. She is married, has two young daughters, and lives at the house of her in-laws. Susan and her husband operate a metal workshop from a rented location. They also have a staff that works for them. Susan is in charge of managing the business. Her duties include collecting payments and buying materials.
