Humaita Poty Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a variety of fish to sell.

Humaita Poty Group's story

This group is called "Humaitá Poty." It is formed by women who are the heads of their families and who work hard for their loved ones in order to be able to offer them a better quality of life, so that they don't have to experience needs of any type.

One of the members is Elida, who is married. She mentions that she has two children whom she is working hard to raise. Her husband is a sacrificing person with whom she works hard in order to be able to offer a dignified life to their children, so that they don't experience needs like those [their parents] experienced. Elida sells fish, and she mentions that she works together with her husband, and they generate the income for the household.

Her goal is to be able to have a dedicated room for her sales and, with this, be able to offer a greater variety of fresh products to her customers.

She is requesting this loan for the purchase of fish to resell and, with this, be able to satisfy her customers.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It wasn't possible to take the group photo because of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to avoid a gathering of people.
