Korubeho Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more mobile airtime and also stock her money liquidity.

Korubeho Cb Group's story

Alphonsine is a 39-year-old mother of three children who are between 9 and 18 years old. Her husband is a technician and for the past 10 years she has been doing mobile transactions.

She is the leader of the group named Korubeho Cb, which in English means “working to survive.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Alphonsine will use her loan to buy more mobile airtime and also stock her money liquidity to help in transacting with mobile money within her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and also provide for the family.

She is thankful for your support.

Note: Due to the global pandemic Urwego was not able to photograph all the members, but was able to get one representative for the group photo.
