Ingenzi Zamuka Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more salt, cooking oil, rice, maize flour, and sugar.

Ingenzi Zamuka Group's story

Marie Grace is a 28-year-old mother of one child, who is 4 years old. Her husband is a taxi driver, and for the past 2 years, she has owned a grocery store.

Marie Grace is the leader of the group named INGENZI ZAMUKA, which in English means “Being Hopeful.” Group members, who will share in this loan, sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Marie Grace will use her part of the loan to buy more salt, cooking oil, rice, maize flour, and sugar to sell within her community to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and also provide for her family.

Marie Grace is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic Urwego was not able to photograph all the members, but was able to get one representative, Marie Grace, for the group photo.
