Theresa's story

This is 37 years old Theresa, from Liberia. She is married and blessed with 3 children. All of her children are presently in school and live at home. Theresa attended school up to 12th grade. She runs a food market selling fish and pigs trotters. Has been operating her sales for 7 years now and learned how to sell from her mother and started the business with her own savings. She uses car to transport supplies to her business site.

To maintain her business, Theresa requested a loan through BRAC Liberia and KIVA Field Partner to buy more fish and pig foot to sell in order to increase her income. She likes her business because it provides her daily meals. Her dream for the future is to deal in an international business. She wishes to say thanks.
