Sovani Alberto's story

Sovani Alberto is a 38-year-old micro-entrepreneur living in the city of Barranquilla with his family. He has been in business for 10 years selling roasted arepas in the city centre.

The business started approximately 5 years ago. It is his main source of income. With this business he supports his family financially and generates personal projects. This work is his only source of income and it is what allows him to contribute to the sustenance of his household.

But due to the covid-19 pandemic that occurred worldwide, his work level deteriorated due to biosecurity issues and his income decreased drastically. For this reason he requests his first loan with the Santo Domingo foundation in order to buy corn dough, chicken, cheese, sauces, butter, salt and sugar.

Please support him with this loan for his business.
