Uamsho Vema Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy pagnes in bulk [traditional clothes], which will strengthen her initial capital.

Uamsho Vema Group's story

Mrs. Budimbi is a client of Hekima MFI and president of the village group "UAMSHO VEMA". She is married, 40 years old and mother of 9 children who are all in school. Her partner works in a private company.

She sells clothes. She started this business 3 years ago with the start-up funds received from her husband. Later, she involved the Hekima program to support her business, during which she gradually evolved. With this new loan, she will buy pagnes in bulk, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge of her business is the unpaid debts.

She would like her children to continue studying and she would also like to provide for her family.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support provided to owners of non-bankable businesses in this context of the global covid-19 crisis. The photo only shows the leader of the group due to Covid-19, in compliance with social distancing measures.
